If you have a query regarding a Notice of Intended Prosecution or a Conditional Offer, or any other question relating to a specific offence, please direct your query to the West Midlands Police Central Ticket Office (CTO).
The Camera Enforcement Unit DOES NOT re issue NIPS or CO’s. Any queries regarding this must be directed to the Central Ticket Office who will be able to assist.
Payment of fines
The Central Ticket Office does not process ticket payments. Payments and payment queries for all tickets, along with fine enforcement letters and matters relating to bailiffs must be directed to the Fixed Penalty Office.
If you have been sent a Notice of Intended Prosecution and require photographic evidence to identify the driver, please direct your query to the West Midlands Police Camera Enforcement Unit (CEU) – firstname.lastname@example.org.
The West Midlands Police Camera Enforcement Unit ONLY re issue photos for offences beginning with reference numbers beginning with 0203. Any other reference numbers WILL NOT be accepted.
