Have you been offered an NDORS (National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme) course such as a Speed Awareness Course or Motorway Awareness Course as an alternative to prosecution for a road traffic offence?
Did you decline the offer?
If so, there is a call for participants to consider taking part in research which aims to explore the role of educational courses, for example, Speed Awareness Courses, for drivers who would otherwise be prosecuted for their offence.
